I would like to thank you for inspiring me to take a much needed break from thumbtack as sometimes clients can become very entitled and inconsiderate of service providers. Now to respond to your comment, I for one do not appreciate how you did not bring up any of these concerns while we spoke you portrayed everything to be completely fine and I left the thinking I actually liked you. For my second point, I am a service provider via contractual text or verbal agreements only. Anything not apart of the contract I do not have to do, in other words, meeting you half way as many times as I did was a courtesy I did not charge you a travel fee out of likeness of you saying you would send me a text of new spots to eat which you did not do, also it is not apart of the contract to clean or have your items smelling like roses. We were supposed to meet 3 days prior to the day we actually met for a drop off at your job, the clothing was in my trunk and I told you I’ve been carpooling with someone since I moved to Atlanta. You told me that you are an attorney so I’m sure you understand contracts, so what I actually did state is as I do all clients is that 2nd half of pay is not required until YOU feel the product final. When we discussed the small tear in the moomoo dress I offered to take it back to fix it and you said that it was tiny and unnoticeable I still told you that I’d take some money off and you insisted to pay the full amount. You never mentioned a smell and if you had I would have offered more options to please you as I said before I actually liked you. You instead chose to not take any of those solutions, pay in full, and come to the comments to say I gave you poor service when in fact I went about my services, nowhere in the title “seamstress” does it require me to also become a courier service nor does it require me to actually drop off at someone’s job nor does it require me to leave and go back home because you cannot stay at a location due me being 6 min late which again knowing that I told you I carpool with someone else. You were my welcome to Atlanta, so thanks for that!
