Introduction: My name is Brenna Boehm. I have a passion for changing people's lives and challenging them to be the best version of themselves through health and fitness. I design customized programs that align with your goals and fitness level! I have been training since 2016 and I have a BS in Sports and Exercise Science, certifications in PT, corrective exercise, and nutrition. My training style is functional training using Zoom, Skype, and Facetime. The training sessions are designed to meet your needs while giving you flexibility with your training schedule. Brenna is a great personal trainer. She performed an initial evaluation of my level of fitness and created an individualized workout program for me (62 year old man, average health). She was well organized and provided a calendar detailing my workouts in advance. Periodically we assessed my progress in reaching my fitness goals, and adjusted the workouts based on how far I had come. Brenna made the workouts challenging and also informative, as she made sure I understood proper form and resistance, and other things. I highly recommend Brenna as a personal trainer!

I did enjoy working out with Brenna, she is very knowledgeable about the body and always explains why I was doing each exercise and worked on my muscle group. She is easy to get along with and very patient listening to my questions. She also suggests me what and how to eat right/healthy to improve my diet. I would strongly recommend Brenna to anyone that is looking to get in shape. She is the best Personal Trainer I have ever met !

Brenna was my rock - as my personal trainer, she kept me accountable and cultivated a relationship where I didn't want to let her down. I sought out Brenna after recovering from breast cancer treatment which resulted in muscle loss and some bone loss. So I had to start over with my health and fitness goals, and me and Brenna did it together. It was a wonderfully positive, and LIFE-CHANGING experience!

(I would actually have selected all five above items, but was limited to only three by this site). Brenna has trained me for 2 years & has been very professional every step of the way, from careful initial evaluation, to progressive increases in fitness objectives. She listened to my concerns & personal goals (which might not apply to every client, but for me included focusing on things I wanted to improve in personally - balance issues, building bone density & endurance; rather than quick results or weight loss). One of my biggest requirements was to avoid injury & she is very good about finding the balance between pushing me to do a little more than I might normally do without going so far that I become injured. To avoid injury, HOW you do the exercise (form) is important & she’s great about having high standards on that & correcting me without ever making me feel like an idiot. She is a great encourager, without letting me slide or make excuses. She is always prompt & has each lesson plan thought-through & prepared ahead of time. These are personally tailored to each client, not “cookie-cutter”. She follows up each training session with my lesson not only written out, but with corrections on things I need to be reminded about, as well as explanations for anything that was a new exercise for me. In the end, results speak for themselves & my results with Brenna as my trainer have been wonderful.

My training with Brenna couldn’t be better! I needed someone to champion my cause, to believe in me when I didn’t fully believe in myself and to push me without breaking me. Brenna has been all that and more! She taught and corrected my movements to prevent injury, stretched me (mentally and physically), and checked up on me between sessions. She has been my encourager and my motivator. I have been so pleased with my results! Brenna is very organized and methodical in her training. Trust her with no doubt! You won’t be disappointed.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The first session is free. We go though a sample workout and discuss goals and previous experience. After that we decide what type of plan fits you the best. ie. once a week, twice a week, or three times a week for training. My fee for training covers the cost for the private sessions and the time it takes to create a program tailored to the clients specific goals.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My style of training is functional. I like to do an assessment workout with my clients and discuss their experience and goals to get a good feel for what they are looking for. From there, I design a program that uses periodization which allows me to progress them in the safest, fastest way possible in order for them to reach their goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a B.S. in Sports and Exercise Science I’m certified in:Personal Trining through ACE Corrective Exercise through NASM, and Nutrition through Precision Nutrition
