- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to factor in our cost of doing business as well as being considerate to those who are on a tight budget. We do offer different discounts and offers at various times of the year. Those discounts are usually announced on social media.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet and chat with new clients at least via email or text message to get a sense of their likes and dislikes. We want to make sure that new clients feel like old friends by the time of their session. We strive to create a comfortable atmosphere at our sessions so the joy is genuine in photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our photographer as spent several years attending online courses and classes over the year to continually learn and new grow in style and techniques.
