- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspections start at $275 and depend on age, size and location of the property. There are a few other variable that may change the price, so we would need to discuss your particular property to set a fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just call our office and talk to Lisa. She will get the information we need and take if from there. We will contact any additional vendors and/or realtors and schedule everything for you. All you have to do is show up at the end of the inspection so we can discuss the property you are buying.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in Construction administration and design. I have 13 certifications as a home inspector, passing the final test on the first time (with an 80% first time testing failure rate). I average 16 hours of continuing education each year to keep my license current.
