- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming the cleaning type (standard, deep, or move-out) and understanding the customer’s priorities. Then I send a detailed list of what’s included, schedule the best day and time, and bring all my supplies and equipment. After finishing, I always do a final walkthrough with the client to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in residential, Airbnb, and post-construction cleanings. I’ve also trained in the use of eco-friendly cleaning products and efficient techniques to achieve the best results in less time, ensuring both safety and quality for every customer.
