- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on Square Footage of removed material (drywall, flooring, cabinetry, etc.) We also charge for the minimum amount of equipment required to adequately dry the building materials(daily rate). $25.00 for initial inspection/consultation (will waive fee if hired). 15% Military Discount is always applied for prior/active service members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation is required before work begins (via phone call and initial inspection). This is to provide the most accurate and lowest estimate for the work required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC Certified and all work provided will follow S-500 Standard of Care required by Texas State Law.
