Hi I'm Jeremy, I'm the Strength & Conditioning coach of the Lone Star Brahmas, hockey team in NRH, TX. Was also a personal trainer for 15yrs before becoming the Brahmas coach. I run group weight training workouts while I'm not training the Brahmas. Can start at any level, They are weight lifting so you can lift light to start, or get intense for more results. I run them myself, I also do the workouts myself, so I know they work from 1st hand experience, in the best shape of my life doing these workouts, above the mundane gym sessions alone. We work hard, but make it fun as well, getting to know eachother and motivating eachother as well. they're 45mins, we stretch, warm up, and weight train, just like the Brahmas! Hired on Thumbtack

While I've worked with a few other personal trainers in the past, my experience wasn't the best with them. Like most things, I think you've got to find someone that you are able to develop a rapport with, and who is in alignment with what you are trying to accomplish. Adding to this synergy was the fact that I was really desperate to do a full body transformation, which is something Jeremy seems to specialize in. He found a delicate balance between knowing when to push me harder but also knowing when I was spent and needed more recovery time. While the transformation is still in progress some months later, it is very comprehensive and I would not be where I am without his help- Jeremy is a great encouragement and helps keep the expectations realistic. I am now down over 45 lbs in 6 months, which is about the halfway mark for where I want to be, with a LOT of muscle and strength gained. It has been a lot of work, but having someone to hold you accountable makes all the difference. Highest recommendation for this personal trainer IF you can commit to putting in the effort, and are looking for someone to partner with you. (The photo added was from day 1 to the end of month 5.)

Jeremy has been my personal trainer for a couple of years now and he is a major player in my health and success to which I will always be grateful for. His knowledge in health, nutrition and weight training are the reason I am in the best shape I have ever been in. He cares about his clients and will push you to be successful. I look forward to training with him and to continue my journey in health and fitness.

Jeremy has been my personal trainer for over six years. His tailored strength training techniques, nutritional advice, and encouragement keep me fit and on track. I highly recommend him whether you are trying to lose weight or build your strength. He works hard to understand where you are at and what you need to improve your overall health.

Jeremy makes the sessions all about me and the way I'd like to progress in reaching my goals. His nutritional and training expertise combined with his fun personality makes going to the gym and seeing results and exciting experience.

Jeremy is an awesome trainer. He's very knowledgeable about nutrition and workout plans for every persons skill level. I had been training with him for over 3 three years and even though I've moved away, I know I can still call him for advice on my workouts and nutrition and he's always able to help! He's very passionate about training and truly cares for his clients. I really appreciate that he pushes his clients in and out of the gym! I truly respect and appreciate Jeremy and will always go to him for training advice!
