- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes session fee, light editing retouch, digital delivery of images where the client may pick to print a la cart from a professional printing service delivery directly to their home along with the ability to share a private online gallery with family, friends and on social media.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know new clients before their session. I always start with a pre-session consult (via phone or email or face to face) so that we can go over your style, your vision and you wishes for the session. We'll talk about where the shoot will take place, wardrobe ideas, and so much more-it's a great time for me to learn about YOU! I strive to make my clients feel comfortable in front of the camera. I encourage kids to be kids, parents to love on their babies, and everyone to focus on connecting with each other along with a few traditional say “cheese” poses. When your session is over, your images will be delivered to you within a week via online gallery with options to order prints, order as many or as few as you would like since there are no preset packages. My goal is to leave you with an amazing keepsake to be cherished forever.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Fine Art specializing in photography from UNT Denton, with a love of photography starting back in my high school dark room with my grandfather's film single lens reflex camera. Trained in Photoshop and currently learning new editing software to keep up with my client's needs. I have 20 years experience photographing people, places and things as a hobby and 5 years experience shooting as a pro. In 2018 I branched out to start my own photography business.
