FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the quality and thoroughness of our cleaning services. Our rates may be higher or different than those of other cleaning companies, particularly solo cleaners, because we are a company that values and takes care of our employees. We invest time in properly training our team and ensuring they are knowledgeable about each product we use. We do not believe in rushed or “quick” cleans, and therefore do not offer them. Our focus is on detailed, consistent, and high-quality service every visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process when working with new clients begins with getting to know the property. After the second or third cleaning visit, our team becomes familiar with the home, allowing us to identify which areas accumulate the most dirt, where to focus our attention, and the appropriate amount of time needed to complete each cleaning thoroughly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Over the past eight years, I have hired both solo cleaners and cleaning companies and have consistently experienced the same issues. Over time, cleaners tend to become too comfortable and stop detailing. Jobs become quicker and more rushed, which results in areas being missed. Therefore, I started this cleaning company to help myself and support my other business by having my team clean both, while also serving clients like me, those who don’t want to constantly repeat themselves, or who are unhappy with their current cleaner but aren’t sure how to fire or replace them. My goal is to ensure every client feels satisfied and supported, without the stress and frustration I once experienced.
