Karl was very efficient, timely, and professional! He set up my TV mount very quickly and foresaw any challenges early so he could complete the task well. He was also very kind and easy to talk to, I would definitely ask him to help out with anything.

He also got back to me very quickly when I put out a request for help! He was very communicative.

He is everything I look for when I hire help around the house. He communicated very well, punctuality is very important to me and not only did he messaged with eta he was on time… for me is a huge deal.
