I was told that they were down a mover due to injury and that they would need to see if they could find someone to replace him. I was assured that I would be informed later that day or early enough the next morning in case I needed to find another company. No response either day even after I messaged them to inquire. I had to scramble to find someone else who could work with my short time line.
