James Mclaughlin is AWESOME! My AC stopped working and I called JMS Air and Heat. I found his businesses name listed as a sponsor of my favorite country club, so I looked them up and gave them a call. From his office staff, taking my call and scheduling my service call, to James himself coming out, on time, and resolving my issue, my experience was OUTSTANDING. James had my issue resolved within minutes of arriving. I thought I was going to need a brand new system and James fixed me up without even needing any parts. He could of very well sold me a new system. James's honesty and dedication to what he does is very admirable. I will definitely be calling James back for all of my air conditioning and heating needs.

Not only was he proffesional at the service he provided, he went OVER and BEYOND in getting all parts required to have my air conditioner working at 100%. He showed us what the issue was and what we needed to do to keep electric bill low and for it to never mess up again. Air conditioner went out in the middle of summer. The capacitor needed to be replaced. JMS was able to repair the unit at a minimal cost. The techs were on time and very friendly and they went above and beyond to get my unit running again. I would recommend JMS to anyone who needs a/c repair.

I have used JMS twice in my previous home (once air and once heat) and once in my current home (ventilation) - I think this alone speaks to my level of confidence with their professionalism, service, and value. I spoke with who I needed to speak with when I needed to speak with them, got an estimate, got the work scheduled, surveyed the end result, wrote a check, and relaxed - too easy. While I certainly hope to have my air and heat issues behind me, when they do arise again (and they will), I know who I'll be calling.

JMS showed up with not 1 or 2, but 3 professionals that worked as a team. All were extremely professional & well mannered. They took time to explain everything they were doing as well as give me pointers on things to look for if there are future issues with my system. I highly recommend JMS Air and Heat.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Schedule a in home inspection to review has me owners current system operations and identify anything out of the ordinary that may need to be addressed from there we simply have a routine 6 month check yo to ensure everything stays running properly and efficiently
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ALL our technicians and installers complete 8 hours continuation education annually to keep them up to date with the most recent changes in the industry. All technicians also complete at least 2 hours of independent self study in duct design, heat loads, venting procedures and over all air quality.
