I had a great experience with Texas Prime Inspections, LLC. I needed a home inspection for a new purchase in Kingwood, and they responded quickly and professionally right from the start. The quote was fair and clearly explained. They arrived on time and took their time to do a very thorough inspection, which I really appreciated. I received the full inspection report the same day, which made negotiating and working with the seller much easier. He also took the time to answer my questions on site and even responded to a few texts I sent afterward. That level of service really stood out. I would highly recommend Texas Prime Inspections to anyone needing a reliable and professional home inspection.

really like this guy. He responded within 30 minutes and even gave me his cell to text. After I shared my address, he was able to give me a quote based on the square footage and included both the termite inspection and thermal imaging. His pricing was on point — my last inspector overcharged me for less on a home we ended up passing on. He has numerous TikTok videos and his own domain, which made him even more credible. He offered an immediate open appointment and gave me the option to pay before or after. He also uses signed contracts to protect both you and him, and he has professional access to the home using the Realtors’ electronic system, Supra. I didn’t hesitate to make the payment and received a documented receipt right away. Overall, I would 100% recommend him. Honestly, even if he had a random emergency come up, I believe he’d make it right — and I’ve never even met the guy in person.

We had such a great experience with Justin! As first-time home buyers, my husband and I truly appreciated how thorough he was during our home inspection. Justin was great! He was very responsive throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease. He arrived on time and was very thorough. He found things I would have never thought to look for. It was a new construction home with a very good builder and he was still able to find a few things that were missed. Overall I am very happy that I hired Justin for the inspection and highly recommend using him before you sign for your new home, new construction or not.
