I think for the value and quality he did reasonably well. He was very punctual. He was also professional. I do believe for the price that he could’ve worked with me and been a little bit more reasonable. Due to the square footage of my living room it counted as two rooms and so what was done was a steam clean and pet treatment done to three rooms and a steam cleaning of the master bedroom and my stairs. Normally the hallway is included for free, but no, that was not the case here. He initially quoted me 350 and when I took out what I thought was just my master bedroom and a bathroom he went down to 255 because I wanted a pet treatment done to both the bedroom and bathroom. But when I asked could he just steam clean the master bedroom the price went to 300. Only after when he finished with the master did I find out the hallway was exempted from just a steam clean service. In all given the length of my hallway I believe it should’ve been included in the $300.
