    It’s only been a month, but I already feel the difference and improvement in my fitness level. Ricky is personable but the sessions can be intense, which is a good thing to me. He also keeps you going with a good balance of cardio, resistance training, and boxing which keeps things from becoming tedious. He makes sure you don't overexert yourself, but still keeps it challenging and progressive. I would highly recommend Ricky as a trainer.

    I'm a healthcare professional, and though my personal health has always been a priority to me, a hectic personal life had begun to interfere with maintaining my physical health and endurance. I sought a personal trainer that I felt was experienced, and could quickly re-establish a healthy lifestyle for me. I was blessed to find Ricky Jackson. He is knowledgeable about diet and fitness. He quickly trained muscle groups, and worked to increase my strength and endurance. My overall fitness has improved tremendously, quickly, under his direction. The sessions were always versatile, never boring. He will make you sweat, and push limits. With his expertise, you should quickly reach your fitness goals.

    Ricky is not only a talented PT but also a truly nice guy. He comes backed by a very impressive CV and a lengthy client list. It's also beyond mentally satisfying (great cardio and strength exercise as well) to take some jabs at the heavy or the speed bag. Hank's gym is a welcome change from the slate of chain clubs.     It's been a week since I've begun training with Ricky and I already feel the difference. I've set my long term goal for my fitness and Ricky is doing everything in his power to push and motivate me. His workouts are intense, but he keeps you going at a good rhythm. He makes sure you don't overexert yourself, but still makes sure you are pushing your limits. I would highly recommend Ricky to any one at any fitness level.

    Rick has lowered my body fat considerably and has helped me with my conditioning to a level i did not think was possible.     Ricky, the fitness saves my life. The doctors said had I not been in such great shape I may have died. Two cysts and my uterus wall finally ruptured and blood and fluid went into my abdomen and pelvic cavity. Had I not been so fit my body would not have been able to make it. I had emergency surgery and the endometriosis had taken over everything and grown into my spine and pelvic ligaments, colon and organs. No wonder I was hurting so badly. Anyway after I recover in 6 weeks I should be way better and in no pain and able to get into the best shape ever. Thanks for training me. It literally saved my life!

    Mr. Ricky is AWESOME!!! He keeps his clients focused in their goal through positive motivation and encouragement. He has a high level of knowledge in regards to the client he is working with. He knows what he is teaching. He mixes different exercises together including BOXING which makes it more fun( you won't get bored at all :). We all have different needs when it comes to fitness and Mr. Ricky is the right trainer who can help us to reach the needs or desired goals. I am glad that I chose the right trainer who can help me to reach my goal :)

    Ricky is great! My boyfriend and I have been doing group in home training (so convenient) with Ricky 2-3 times a week for the past few months and I've really noticed a difference in my overall fitness and strength. His scheduling is very flexible so just about anytime I want to work out, he's available.

    Ricky's style is very different than working out alone. He works the whole body using a mixture of approaches that keeps me from getting bored or falling into a rut. Also, I LOVE the boxing.

    Also, Ricky's a nice guy. But be warned: he's tough. The first month I felt like I wanted to throw up - and that was just after the warm up!

    I'd highly recommend Ricky for anyone looking to increase strength and muscle tone as well as cardio training and conditioning.

    Just through luck I found Ricky via a Google search and I am so glad that I did. I have worked out off and on over the past several years but wanted to get back being the best I could be. Ricky has been the great getting me to give my all, and the results I have gotten in just a few months really show it. Ricky takes great pride in his profession and is a real pleasure to work with, now my wife has also seen the light and she is working out with us as well. A. My first session is totally free.

A. I am a member of NSCA which allow me to get my CEU's yearly through their many fitness specific lectures through out the year.

Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.

A. I sell montly fitness training packages only. This usually incouragest the client to stick with it for a reasonable period of time.

Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?

A. I was fortunate to be given an opportunity to become a Head Strength & Conditioining Coach at a Division 1 University for 5 years.

Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. I've personally train housewives, youth as young as 3 year old, multi impaired, athletes, pro athletes, cancer patients, and the elderly.

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. Lose Weight Improve Strength 4, 6, 8, 12 week fitness programs.

Q. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A. How determine I am for each of my clients to obtain their fitness goals.

Sometimes I feel I become more deteremine for my clients to obtain their goal than they are.
