- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a fair price in order to pay for our cost of being a legitimate Company. We do offer a 10% discount to all Veterans and Senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Great the customer and find out what their exterior issues are. Listen to the details and then take a look at their property over google earth. When I arrive to their home I will inspect the property to look for any areas that Might be damaged so that we don’t damage them further. I will also take a look at all of the areas of concern. After the customer is ready, the Pet’s and children are inside and the work area is SAFE, then we will start the cleaning process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a professional power washing/ soft washing course with a 30 yr veteran in Houston and another in Louisiana. We did Residential and commercial jobs together in the field where we were tested on our knowledge from class.
