At AC Management, we offer transparent, competitive pricing with no hidden fees. Our property management packages start at 8% of monthly rent and are designed to fit the needs of property owners, whether you have a single-family home or multiple properties.
We also offer a special discount for new property owners—20% off the first month of management services! Additionally, our refer-a-friend program rewards you with $250 for every successful referral.
For property owners who need additional services, we provide a la carte options like short-term rental management, bookkeeping, and security services to ensure all your needs are met.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make getting started easy and hassle-free. Our process includes:
Consultation: We discuss your property, goals, and management needs.
Agreement & Onboarding: Once you accept our terms, we handle all the setup, including tenant communication, inspections, and rent collection.
Marketing (if vacant): We list and market your rental to find high-quality tenants quickly.
Ongoing Management: We take care of everything—tenant relations, maintenance, rent collection, and financial reporting—so you can enjoy a stress-free property ownership experience.
