I was an athlete for all of my childhood leading up until my Senior year in high school. I've had many coaches throughout those years, but never have I experienced a coach that can motivate me as much as Coach Percy does. He is able to push me to my limits without going over what I'm capable of doing. He is very dedicated to his clients and is completely engaged during the entire work out. I've only been to seven sessions with Coach Percy, but I have already noticed an incredible improvement in my strength and endurance. He definitely knows what he is doing, and if your looking to better yourself and become the healthy person you strive for then Coach Percy is the personal trainer you want. I promise you will not be disappointed in his ability and commitment to help you reach your fitness goals.

I didn't realize personal training is such an affordable option. Not needing a gym membership and not needing to travel to and from the gym save time and money. Zach is a great trainer. He knows when to challenge you to work harder and how to be encouraging when it's tough.

Great personal trainer! I get in the gym tired some days and Carl makes sure to keep up the motivation and energy! I personally needed a butt kicking! And he was the guy for me. He is flexible to all different lifestyles and clients as I've seen his others that come in before and after me. Great workout routines and he keeps track to show my gains! Definitely recommend!

She demonstrated the benefits of strength training in a way that changed my outlook on fitness. Under her training, I lost all my post-pregnancy flab, strengthened my knees and became toned and fit. She was thorough in her assessment of my goals (strength & toning), my medical history (weak knees), my schedule (full-time working mother of two), my current exercise habits, my diet (vegetarian) and eating habits, and all things affecting my workouts. She was flexible and accommodate of my work-home schedule. What makes her stand out from the rest of the personal trainers is her pleasant, unassuming personality and her sincere desire to help you achieve your goals. She excels in customizing the workouts for you and brings in a ton of variety (weights, bands, your own body weight, exercise ball, step,..)) to your workout routines. All these qualities makes her an exceptional personal trainer! I have been training with her for well over six years. She doesn't cease to amaze me. Recently, my teenage daughter, who plays basketball, started strength training with her!
Great personal trainer. As a personal trainer, nutritionist, and massage therapist he is very knowledgeable and will be able to give you the guidance needed to achieve any fitness goal desired. It takes a lot of hard work, but Greg won't let you quit. He will keep you motivated. Give him your time and dedication and he will give you results!
I have had nothing but great experiences working with Kenneth and Pure Ambition. As someone who had not worked out regularly in years, Kenneth's style of training fit me perfectly. He presented exercises to help me reach my personal goals and even more. He always challenges you with things you may not think you can do, yet he will be there right beside you encouraging you to push through and even working out along side you. Kenneth is great with coming up with modified exercises to accommodate your level of fitness or other injuries and health issues. He will even assist you with a healthy meal regime. I would suggest him to anyone willing to do the work!
If you're looking for a personal trainer who really knows his stuff, look no further! I have lost 45 pounds and gained muscle and the best part is he didn't starve me. Chris really knows how to build your metabolism and is constantly updating his knowledge. Some personal trainers will have you do endless hours of cardio while skimping on the calories, not Chris! He will rebuild your body in the healthiest way possible. I am so happy with my progress and finally have the confidence I've always wanted. I wish I could give more than five stars. Richard is knowledgable, patient, and committed to improving your fitness and overall health. He can connect with as easily with beginners as with those who've had some prior experience with personal training or an athletic background - he's a good teacher as well as a personal trainer. Working with Richard, I've made the most - and fastest - progress with my fitness and weight-loss that I've ever made. He keeps sessions interesting (you're never bored) and tailored uniquely to your progress and fitness level. Definitely recommend.
Ralph gave me a lot of great tips while I was working with him to complete my personal trainer certification. We concentrated on workouts for older adults with health issues and he was very attentive to the clients, going slow and starting out with very manageable exercises. He was flexible, always on time, and friendly.
Dave is an awesome personal trainer. He is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals, which includes pushing you to follow an appropriate nutritional plan. Dave is very knowledgeable about the science behind fitness, and his workout plans are appropriately planned and will leave you feel accomplished after each session (even though they are exhausting!). I was very hesitant to get a personal trainer at first, but Dave has made it an awesome experience. My goal has been to put on mass, and through a few months of training with him, I now weigh the most I've weighed in my life and am the strongest I've ever been. I would recommend Dave to anyone who is looking for a trainer that is personable and helps you achieve your fitness and nutritional goals. This is the first time I worked with a personal trainer. It was with a group which made it a lot less intimidating. Some of the other guys in the group would bring up issues or questions I hadn't thought about, but there was still a direct line to David Becker if I needed it. Speaking of David; it's obvious he cared about our success and education. He was very thorough with the information about diet, exercise, motivation, form and pushing the workouts without injuring yourself. He acknowledged every post in the group. My life, health, attitude and approach to fitness have changed almost beyond comprehension, all for the better of course. It may seem simple to most but I felt a little overwhelmed with all of the information out there about health and fitness. David broke it down into simple steps with easy instructions. It really was easy to stick to the plan, with all of the support. I am 47 and I wish I could have done this 10 years ago. I feel like I hit a reset button on my health and attitude. Strong start to a new beginning! Can't stop, won't stop, get it get it!!! Thank You to everyone who is responsible for making this possible. You are doing amazing things to peoples lives. I have had a few trainers and Mandie was hands down the best to work with. She pushed me hard, but not too much. If I'm going to let someone tell me what to do in the gym it's going to me Mandie, love her.
Whitney is a super knowledgable trainer and will always keep you accountable! Any fitness goals you have, she will make sure to get you there as long as you are willing to put the work in. I highly recommend Whitney if you are trying to achieve the healthiest version of yourself.

We needed a flexible and creative trainer to help us work out at home after our 6 month old son went to bed. Keep in mind, we only have a couple of yoga mats, a few sets of dumbbells, and an overly friendly dog. No problem at all for Christopher- he came up with hard hour-long workouts for us to do in our living room, and made sure to walk us through exercise series we could use for workouts throughout the week. He even sent accountability texts to make sure we were doing the workouts between sessions and to check-in on how we were feeling. The workouts were hard, but also super fun- Christopher is very clearly knowledgeable about fitness and physical training, and he also has a great sense of humor. He was flexible with finding times for sessions that worked around our work and baby schedules. And he didn't mind the playful dog jumping across the room while he worked us out. Christopher is fairly new to Austin, which I consider to be a temporary advantage- I'd bet he'll have a very full clientele list in no time. Do yourself a favor and book him now while he still has availability!
Clint has helped me get back in shape after being out the military for over 10 years! He's highly motivated and always willing to help you out. I haven't seen any other trainer that cares about a person living a healthy lifestyle as much as he does. His workouts are designed to make you succeed and just when you feel you can't do no more...his personality will get you through! I highly recommend Clint as a personal trainer!! There is no other quite like him in the area!!
Andrew is a great personal trainer! He definitely held me accountable and also pushed me through my workouts, which were two things that I really needed. He is also very knowledgeable when it comes to injuries and knows how to put you on the right road to recovery.
