Rick did an amazing job updating our kitchen. He installed all new cabinet doors and drawers with new hardware. He repainted all of our cabinets and kitchen walls. He also installed brand new trim along the cabinets and floor. I would definitely hire him again in the future for any carpentry project. We are very pleased with the outcome!

I was looking for a professional carpenter to build a loft in our studio. Rick did a great job. He responded quickly to all my emails & calls. He is friendly, punctual and completely professional. He knows carpentry and it shows. Once I explained what I wanted Rick got it immediately and went to work. He's not the kind of contractor you need to baby sit or the kind whom you tell what you want and then they do their own thing regardless. Rick is a skilled craftsmen and a gentlemen. I was more than pleased with the quality of his work, attention to detail, and respect for my family. He was in our home for nearly 2 weeks from 9am -5pm and never wore out his welcome. Rick is responsive, courteous, and honest. He installed about 600 square feet of baseboard and did an excellent job.

Depending on the job needed. I like to see what work is needed before I give a price. There could be other things involved that the customer is not aware of.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what the customer wants and then provide options that my years of experience has taught me. Find out what their budget is and give them the most for their dollars.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a carpenter for over 40 years. I have a Journeyman's degree in construction. I spent 4 years as an apprentice and 4 years in a trade school. I have built over 10,000 homes, been a superintendent for large multi family projects, run construction crews just to name a few.
