Jose gave me a quote of $99 for 400-500 square feet of tile to clean and seal the grout. I sent him a second message to add three rooms of carpet cleaning. He quoted me $99 for the carpet and said he would do the grout sealing for free. He arrived on time and brought in a wheel measuring device and began measuring the tile area. I assumed he was confirming it fell within the 500 sq. feet I sent in the first email. He used a calculator and told me the the alone would be $230.00. We discussed and he came down to $130.00 for the tile but still wanted to charge for sealing. I reminded him that he said he would seal for free. We finally agreed on $220.00 for the entire job but he only sealed a small portion of the tile. The carpet cleaning was only average with some spots still showing. My wife's $100 dollar cleaner has done as good of a job as he did. Jose said his $99 dollar quote is his minimum charge but that was not stated up front. I am disappointed and would no recommend his company.

sometimes is confusing to customers to understand what minimum charge means,my quote to mr.bill says 0.49 cents sq.ft.on tile cleaning or $99.00 min. and since he had 450 sq.ft. at 0.49 cents sq.ft was equal to $220.50 cents just for the tile he had a great deal because he only pay a total of $229.00 for the 450 sq.ft. of tile+ 3 rooms full of old pet stains from I don't know how long? he saved about $99.00+ free sealing on dnning and kitchen, no body,and I mean no body will do this much work for $229.00 customers sometimes take advantage of companys like me just because they think they been overcharge,and just because they're customers they have the right to treat customer providers bad if you need,and want to see real prices hire a recognized company,and you will see my difference on pricing and with the same results.........
