- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
minimum one hour fee for diagnostic and additional hour to complete repair should customer choose to continue. Fee does not include cost of replacement parts when needed, customer can provide parts or I can acquire for them. I don't warranty parts provided by customer. Labor work has 90 day warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ask for detailed information about the issue and answer any questions they may have. Sometimes I can tell them right away if issue will be with hardware or software.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
