- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we charge a 2-hour minimum on all jobs. $130/hr $30 trip charge. essentially looking at $290 for the two hours. anything exceeding the 2 hours we charge in quarter-hour increments (Every 15 minutes). we only charge for high liability items such as -Gun Safes -And pianos-Big Mechanical snap-on chests. etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep in full communication. Our Team ensures a friendly, polite experienced hard-working environment. No matter how big, small, or tedious a job may be your belongings are in good hands!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A Buddy of mine asked me if I could go help load/Unload a 42 gooseneck trailer from Austin TX to Midland TX. loved it been doing it ever since.
