Javise was really nice to talk on phone. She &her husband agreed to the moving service. She asked for a deposit & I paid a $110 in advance to book the date. On the day the movers had to come by 8am but didn’t show up at all. She kept giving reasons: they are doing junk removal later she said they have arrived on the address but my street had no one on it. Next time she told me they are not lifting calls and the truck is noisy, they are on the way and kept pushing it to afternoon… later she stopped lifting my calls by afternoon & didn’t call me & when I messaged/called her, she didn’t pick my calls or answer my messages ! I was hung dry on my moving day. It was so stressful and a disaster. I have requested for a refund and hope she returns it.
