I help my clients visualize the vision of what they wish to achieve by creating a complete event design and using proven strategies to execute a stress free and memorable event. I help engaged couple who are in the process of celebrating their love to create a wedding design and concept that tells a personal story; i coordinate all resources in a professional manner towards a successful celebration while they do other things they love to do. I provide a step by step planning support for my client so they have peace of mind before, during and after their celebrations. My major skills are in Wedding Styling and Planning, Themed Parties and balloon decor, Customer Service, Corporate Event Management, Logistics Management and Party Planning. I am a strong operations professional with Advanced Diploma focused in Special Event Design and Planning from The North American Academy of Wedding & Event Planning. My past working experience is various field of business has increased the versatility in me, My background and multicultural exposure has helped me understand and adequately manage cultural differences in my event productions. SPC Wedding was amazing! The coordinator/owner, Ruth went above and beyond to help on my son’s special day! We utilized the gold package and the service was that and more. Ruth answered my text and emails at all times of the night and mornings, whenever I would think of a question! She assisted in finding a venue and a church for us and they were both amazing. She accommodated all the last minute changes due to COVID and she encouraged me through my frustrations of last minute changes! The ceremony decorations and venue decorations were wonderful, we received many compliments from guest. Even with the few hiccups we had at the beginning due to the event center, she was able to still pull off a great event. The bartender and cake vendors she recommended did an amazing job as well! Very class act! We will definitely use her services again for any future events!

I enlisted SPC Wedding & Event Mgt to help with decor for my sisters wedding. I live in SC and the wedding venue is TX so it was impossible for me to handle decor personally. Ruth contacted me to ensure she understood my vision down to the last detail. She was an absolute Godsend. Long story short… My sister and I were beyond happy with everything. All the guest commented on the beautiful flower arrangements and elegant dinner table decor. Ruth went above and beyond and even jumped in to help my sister with her hair! I 100% recommend SPC Wedding & Event Mgt to handle any event or occasion.

    We offer a free 1-2 hours one on one wedding consultation Our Rates are based on services required and number of guests We send a customized quote to our client after we have a clear understanding about their event and what services they need help with. Special PROMOS- Our Full service wedding planning now includes florals - An added value at no extra cost. Plus $200 discount on all wedding packages. Limited time only.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our Process at SPC Our process is a flexible framework that adapts, evolves and responds to our clients’ event planning needs. 1. Questionnaire: Within 48 hours which we receive our clients inquiry either online or physically, we send out our questionnaire, their responses will give us an overview about their event type and guide us on giving them a tailored recommendation for their proposed event. 2. Assessment Test: This process is mostly for our brides, we do an assessment to determine the type of bride we would be working with. Assessing our Brides before they hire us helps us to adequately propose an ideal wedding style that matches their personality. 3. One on One Consultation By Now we have a clearer insight about our client, their event objectives and expectation, we set up a one on one consultation either in person or through a video call to give our recommendations , share our company policies , provide a customized package and cost (invoice) based on our clients services request. 4. Contract and Retainer: Within 3 Business days of our client declaring their intent to hire us, we provide our service contract and agreement for client to sign electronically and option to make retainer fee payment, this retains their special date in our calendar for their specific event. 5. Scope of Work: As much as our services contract explains the details of what services we will be providing, We find it important to itemize our scope of work and give this to our clients after contract have been signed, this scope of work highlights what services are included , what services are not included and what services can be added on later.
