- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A video/phone call or meeting discussing the clients history, experience, goals, schedule and equipment. If remote training is the decision an email with instructions on downloading an app, and how to use the app. Customer selects individual workout that i have prepared from the calendar uploads videos of their workout to the app. I review these videos and send feedback via app, phone, video or text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelors Degree in Strength & Conditioning, a Masters Degree in Sports Leadership, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the NSCA, United States Olympic weightlifting Level I certification, Functional Range Conditioning Certification (FRC) and a few more
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started coaching after my first semester in college. I began with high school and middle school ages then quickly broke into the college ranks.
