- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by the breed of dog you have; the condition the coat is in, the type of haircut you are wanting, and the area of town you live in. (i.e. a 25lb cocker spaniel who lives in downtown Austin will cost more than a 7lb yorkshire terrier who lives in Pflugerville)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go every year to a grooming seminar/education expo in Atlanta, GA. It's 3 days of learning, hands on demos, and amazing new products in the grooming industry!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've loved animals my entire life, and knew I wanted to work with them. After taking a few classes in animal science/biology in college; I realized I was not cut out to be a veterinarian, so I set out on a different path that combines art and dogs!
