Pedro was easy to work with, came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Then he came back on a Saturday to make the repairs. He showed me the internal temperature of the fridge and freezer before and after the repair. Pedro knew that I could buy a new refrigerator for a couple hundred more than the repair price but pointed out that older refrigerators like mine don't have the electronics of the new ones and should last for many many years once the leak was repaired.
