last week my email was down for a couple fo days and it was very disruptive to my business. I found Harry through Thumbtack and could not be more pleased. harry took the time to speak with all concerned to find out the background of the problem (he didn't just jump in without a plan). After his research, Harry came up with a plan and carried out. He was extremely professional in his approach and demeanor. I've been working with Tim over 4 years now and can't think of a bad thing to say. He's responsive, unassuming, and seems to love what he does. He "teaches" me along the way whether it's a new perspective on my business, or simple training on a different way of doing things in my operations...and that's just part of his monthly fee. Where some accountants are notoriously introverted and only know accounting, Tim's got a broad background and isn't afraid to share that background to better my business. I consider him as much a partner and friend as I do an accountant.

    Melanie put together a great looking resume for me outlining my work background and experience. She went on to put it into an excellent format listing my accomplishments with each employer. She was able to take my many years of work experience and place it on a neat two page along with a cover letter. I was impressed with her professionalism and work quality.       I worked with Christy Sanders for one year, during which time she transcribed 40 interviews. Each interview was two to three hours long. These interviews were conducted with older adults for my PhD dissertation in Social Work. Christy's rates were very reasonable for my budget as a graduate student. Her turn around time was quick. Her accuracy was outstanding. I was especially impressed because she did a great job of transcribing the voices of frail older adults and was also able to accurately transcribe interviews with a lot of background noise. I was impressed with all aspects of how professionally she did her job. We exchanged information on Dropbox and by email and she was always prompt at answering my concerns or questions. Several times when I need a file changed to a different format -- she was very helpful and pleasant. There is nothing that could be improved. I had a great experience working with Christy! Her transcription made that part of my dissertation very easy and gave me the freedom to work on other parts of the project. I would definitely use her again in the future!

        As a freelance marketing professional on occasion part of my client's work request will include spreadsheets and financial analysis. In order for me to concentrate on the marketing aspects of the project, I have outsourced the finance pieces of the project to Martha. She is an excel power user and did a great job of managing the budget. With her financial background we were able to find alternative suppliers for the project and as a result - a cost saving to the customer. She is very business savvy and would be an excellent choice to assist with numerous business projects.
