I was on the lookout for a motivated personal trainer who would help me meet my weight loss goals. I had faced some bad experiences before with personal training at corporate gyms where I invested a lot of money but gained nothing in return. I decided to go with Gina as I was impressed by her professionalism, experience, commitment to her customers and more importantly, the fact that she cares. She designs custom-workouts for her customers, depending on their age, body build, dietary habits and any limitations that they may have. She is flexible but has a firm hand at the same time. We have group nutrition accountability meetings where we get to interact with others who are on various fitness journeys. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All new clients undergo a detailed fitness assessment, i.e. weight, height, body measurements, blood pressure, BMI, body fat %, physical fitness tests, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am proud to be a Cooper Institute Certified Personal Trainer as well as a CI- Health and Wellness Coach.
