- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the job to be done. I need to make an appointment with the customer in order for me to give a correct and fair estimate. Every job is different and customized for each individual. I take the cost of the material and my labor into account on every job. I work alone with little to no overhead so my pricing is very competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to their home and measure for the project. Then I will send them an estimate on their project by email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing carpentry work for about 30 years now and I used to flip houses here in Dallas, For the past 4 years I have focused on building cabinets and painting them. I also can build, paint and install plantation shutters.
