- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We really prefer to allow the client to customize the menu, so that we can work within their budget. Sometimes we take a hit but seeing a client happy in the end of their event is awesome. We really love what we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I would reach out to the client to assess what they want. Then I would work up an estimate for them to review. Once that is done and we both agree I will send the contract for them to review and sign. Lastly they pay the deposit to secure the date or they can pay in full. Once everything is paid in full (usually 2 weeks before event) we move forward to prepare and deliver excellent food.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We watch cooking shows, 4 weddings to see what not to do sometimes, lol. I love watching cupcake wars as I love to bake. We are consistently looking for ways to improve. We love learning from those who have been in business for many years.
