- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum catering charge is $18 per person. However, I am flexible for very large events featuring 300 or more guests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want every new customer to taste my food - and love it - before signing me up. My food is so unique that there will be a lot of (good) questions to answer when served.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a graduate degree in Communications (Journalism), speak multiple languages, and share a passion for food that always seeks new thrills!
