One word proactive. Instead of waiting for the computer we just fixed to have more problems we do a full diagnostic check. This means that we not only look at the problem now but what can happen in the future. We also talk to our clients about preventative actions that they can take to further extend their Computer's life expectancy as well as decrease their need for repair. We also checkup on our customers after three months to see how it is running and if there are any problems. Our goal is not to just repair your computer and forget about you but to create a lasting relationship to increase your knowledge of computers and help you every step of the way. The problem solving. It is always something new and the customers that I have met have been amazing to meet! I am always happy to call them for a check up and find that their computer is STILL working fine! That is the best gift in this industry.

my computer was so slow and had so many pop-ups I was so frustrated. Scott came right out and fixed it. I was amazed at all the junk he took off of it.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Scott, Nicole and Computer Experts! They fixed two laptops that were running very slowly, and set them both up with anti-virus software....as well as setting them up to our printers. Nicole called me twice the day they were coming, just to let me know when they would get there.....I really appreciated that. Not as much as I appreciated them not talking to me in 'computer-speak'. I highly recommend them, they are truly fantastic! And so are their rates!!

Scott didn't amazing job repairing my computer! The service was fast and efficient. Didn't amazing job repairing my computer! The service was fast and efficient and. He communicated with me every step of the way. I would recommend Chicago Computer Experts to all of my friends and family! Super job!

Went to several so-called computer experts to fix my wife's 7 year old lap top computer that booted up with a blue screen and then dies. Blue screen at boot up is bad news. Even I knew that. All said it was the mother board or they could not fix the problem and suggested I get a new computer for my wife. I saw a flyer ad from Scott Snyder, called and he came out to look at it, said he thought he could fix it and with a few days brought it back working like new. As an architect, I have 3 laptops, 3 desk top units and a plotter. Since two of my desk top units are over 7 years old and I use them for plotting my drawings from my old plotter I had Scott examine, recondition, etc. these units. I had Scott add USB ports to my oldest computer. They are all working fine now. I call Scott my computer expert. He truly is a COMPUTER EXPERT.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Don't just look at the rate! Just because someone is less expensive doesn't mean the job will be done the best! That old saying "you get what you pay for" is certainly the case! Ask questions if you need more clarification and always ask if they do followups!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Everyday I try to learn something new or enrich my understanding of something that I already knew. I personally have been working with Computers for over 15 years! I enjoy seeing customers looking at their computer and barely recognizing it because it's performance has increased so much!
