Our aim is to repair your printer efficiently and completely. We don't treat symptoms, but aim to diagnosis the true cause of your printer's trouble, and in repairing it correctly, eliminate multiple calls on the same issue.
Our techs have multiple years of experience in the printer repair and printer restoration industry. Our wholesale division started in this industry supplying high quality repair parts to local and national service companies. With this background we expanded to supply toner cartridges, laser printers, laser printer repair parts, and fully restored laser printers to the public. With this diversified product line we are able to cross train our printer repair techs in all areas of the industry.
Our techs spend training time building printer repair parts, repair laser printers, and fully restoring laser printers in our Plano, TX facility. Once this training is complete and they truly understand laser printers inside and out we apprentice them to a senior tech and allow them to train in the field.

They truly are customer service oriented. Todd and John took time to talk through my printer issue even though it isn't one they typically support. Then even came on site to take a closer look and talk through our future printer needs for when it finally gives up, and ultimately recommended a printer they don't sell but he clearly has our best interest in mind. Just really amazing customer service mentality. I would recommended them time and time again!

Dallas Laser Printers is a great company! Their customer service is awesome and very professional. Our technician Todd always manages to take care of our copier/printer needs immediately. I was out of printer ink and he delivered with no hesitation, for which we were very thankful! Should our printer need a part, they are very Quick to retrieve it and get us up and going. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor for printer repair in Dallas and Collin counties is $75/hr. There are no trip charges or destination fees. Parts needed for repairs will be quoted beforehand and will not be installed prior to approval. We stock our vehicles with the most common repair parts to prevent return trips.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the printer and any current issues. Once we determine the customer's needs and time requirements we schedule a service appointment during the same call.
Service appointments are booked with a set with a 1-2 hour arrival window. Same-Day and Next-Day appointments are available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Service Manager and Senior Tech, Todd Bowman has 18+ years in the industry. He has held Brother, Dell, and HP Training Certificates. His background is in MIS & Computer Science. Todd handles all Thumbtack service calls and will personally make sure you get back up and running as soon as possible.
