- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in being fair and reasonable in our pricing. We run a very efficient operation, and this enables us to be very competitive in our pricing. We're confident that we can beat any bona fide written painting services proposal. Need some flexibility to accommodate your budget? Just ask us and we'll see what we can do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to provide written estimates as soon as possible. When a customer has chosen us, we'll provide a written proposal and contract and schedule an anticipated start date. Depending on the project, we may ask for a 25% deposit, with the remainder payable upon completion. When our work has been substantially completed, we'll do a final walk-through together to make sure that the customer is 100% satisfied with the quality of our work. Throughout the entire process, we'll be in contact with our customer to ensure a proper communication flow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members have years of hands-on experience working on all types of painting projects with all types of paints. This direct experience has provided all the appropriate education and training needed to provide top quality workmanship on all our projects.
