FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the overall scope of the project rather than hourly rates. For smaller jobs, I usually provide a fixed labor price plus the cost of materials. For larger remodels or full-service projects, I handle the general scope under a structured contract that includes material allowances so everything stays clear and organized from the start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting a clear understanding of the project scope. That usually means asking the right questions, reviewing any photos the homeowner sends, or walking the job in person if it’s more complex. Once I have a good grasp of what’s needed, I go through my planning and design process so I can present a clear scope, set expectations, and move forward with a plan that makes sense for the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve always been hands-on and technically driven. I grew up taking apart and rebuilding motorcycles, learning mechanical systems, and understanding how things work from the inside out. Later on, I expanded into 3D modeling, engineering concepts, and different business ventures that strengthened my problem-solving and design skills. All of that experience translates directly into the way I build, plan, and approach projects today with precision and a strong technical foundation.
