First time using Thumbtack. Mark knocked it out of the park. He replied almost immediately, communicated clearly, scheduled the job easily, kept me updated on his arrival, was pleasant to talk to, understood the job, and went to work. He did a great job, took photos of the before and after, communicated what he did, cleaned up afterwards, and then reviewed his work with me. Outstanding customer service!!! Outstanding job!!! I don’t need the gutters/roof cleaned often but I May do it more just so I can have this positive customer experience with a service professional. If you need a handyman, gutter cleanout, plumbing etc Mark is the guy to call.

Received same-day service! Mark was on time, completed whiteboard assembly and mounting efficiently along with some other office requests with tucking away ugly wiring that was sticking out for us. 11/10 handyman!

I so wanted to find a local independent handyman... and Mark was at the top of the list at thumbtack.com... He told me later that he's usually at the top of the list because of good reports on his work. And I agree. He took on a small job, but one that I did not have the right tools to complete. I was more than satisfied with his knowledge and his ability to quickly finish something I had fretted about. I'm in an apartment, so I don't often have need for a handyman all that often. But I'm so glad I found a good one I can depend on! Repeat work is the best performance review!

All pricing is upfront. We can discuss the scope of the work and what's needed and then go from there. We try to be as fair as possible with the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer and what they want. Then I figure out a way to do the job as effectively as possible. A good business relationship and trust with the customer is the primary objective.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2017, I graduated from Construction Trade School.
