Commercial building install of ~20 surveillance cameras in various groups and configurations on 12ft ceilings. Complexity 8/10, as in, not for beginners - this required thoughtful planning, and Mark took the time to think and formulate a plan before a single hole was drilled. Halfway through the job we (meaning Mark) had to do some re-thinking about the entire design which he handled like a boss. No drama. -on time -a pleasure to talk to -lots of communication throughout entire process -very reasonable rate for what he is capable of -responsive -low key -commitment to the project's success after completion of the project. Best for last: throughout the install Mark would point out certain issues we were likely to encounter with our particular setup, and offered to drop by again to dial-in cord management as well as anything else we need related to the tricky parts of the project going forward. Awesome. After seeing his work and HOW he approaches difficult tasks we decided to make him our official Renaissance handyman. No regrets. Would recommend. Will hire again. Probably repeatedly. All stars possible.

Mark was a total professional and did multiple projects for me in under two hours. Hung shelves in garage, replaced an outside spotlight on house, and reorganized my garage and moved over 30 boxes into the attic. M my Highly recommend Mark and will absolutely be using again as a handyman.
