First time using Thumbtack. Mark knocked it out of the park. He replied almost immediately, communicated clearly, scheduled the job easily, kept me updated on his arrival, was pleasant to talk to, understood the job, and went to work. He did a great job, took photos of the before and after, communicated what he did, cleaned up afterwards, and then reviewed his work with me. Outstanding customer service!!! Outstanding job!!! I don’t need the gutters/roof cleaned often but I May do it more just so I can have this positive customer experience with a service professional. If you need a handyman, gutter cleanout, plumbing etc Mark is the guy to call.

All pricing is upfront. We can discuss the scope of the work and what's needed and then go from there. We try to be as fair as possible with the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer and what they want. Then I figure out a way to do the job as effectively as possible. A good business relationship and trust with the customer is the primary objective.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2017, I graduated from Construction Trade School.
