I always offer discounts to reoccurring customers and a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After i contact the client to find out their needs exactly. When I arrive we go over exactly what changes they would like to see. I make a suggestion on what I would like to do. They either agree or disagree and I go from their. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
