We offer specialty-cleaning services for all residences, multi-residence estates, hotels, and other commercial properties. Our specialties include vacuuming carpets and floors, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, high and low dusting, cleaning door handles and light fixtures, dusting windows/window sills/ledges, changing linen, cleaning kitchen appliances on the outside, wiping countertops and outside of the kitchen cabinets, doing the dishes, cleaning/disinfecting the toilet, cleaning the sink/bath tubs/showers. Norma did an excellent job! Cowboy Cleaners was able to accommodate a deep clean with only a days notice and everything looks great. Norma was on time and very detailed.

Hired on Thumbtack

charge by the hour and it took her over 3 hours to clean two empty areas. I didn't even let her complete the entire job.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing structure is hourly rate. Our General Clean or standard clean starts at the price of $65/hr. While our Deep Clean is at $80/hr And we have a special promotion for Move Out Cleanings, they're at $80/hr. Which is the same price of a deep cleaning

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Requesting a quote: The customer can request a quote by calling our sales line or visiting our website. When requesting a quote, the customer will need to provide us with some basic information like their fullname, address, email and about their home, such as the square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and any special cleaning needs. Scheduling a consultation: Once we have received the customer's request for a quote online, we will schedule a time for a call and create a quote. Developing a cleaning plan: During the call, we will work with the customer to develop a customized cleaning plan. The cleaning plan will outline the specific cleaning services that will be provided, as well as the cost of the services. Providing a quote: Once we have developed a cleaning plan or chosen a service, we will provide the customer with a quote for the services. The quote will include the cost of the services, as well as any additional fees, such as tax. Scheduling the cleaning appointment: Once the quote is accepted, we will schedule the cleaning appointment. The cleaning appointment will be scheduled at a time that is convenient for the customer. Cleaning the home: On the day of the cleaning, our team will arrive at the customer's home and do a before walkthrough with the client and clean the home according to the cleaning plan. Providing a receipt and satisfaction guarantee: At the end of the cleaning, we will provide the customer with a receipt and a satisfaction guarantee. The receipt will show the cost of the services, as well as any additional fees. The satisfaction guarantee ensures that the customer is happy with the cleaning services. If the customer is not happy with the cleaning services, we will work with them to resolve the issue.
