- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge $40-$50 an hour depending on the state of the home and type of cleaning. We focus on quality over all, but our cleaners do work fast and are very detailed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients need to know that we are a professional cleaning company and do not offer housekeeping services. We ask that our clients do "pre-cleaning" prior to our arrival and remove excess dishes, counter clutter and clothing so we can focus on the more deep cleaning needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaners go through an introduction training for all products used and then a week long on site training. Once solo, each home is reviewed for detailed work post cleans for client satisfaction to ensure cleaner readiness.
