- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's best to call a stager so we can understand the full scope of the work. Pricing for vacant properties can widely vary depending on the size of the home, price of the property and rooms to be staged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I teach an 8 hour Home Staging Course at Collin College in Plano, TX twice a year. Spring and Fall! I also teach workshops to Real Estate professionals around the Metroplex and the United States through my affiliation with the Real Estate Staging Association.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most requested service is a home staging consultation. An up to 2 hour walk through with the home seller (and many times their Realtor) present where recommendations are given as to improve the marketability of the property. In most cases the home seller can do the work themselves. I also do vacant property staging work with many investors who understand the ROI that staging their investment properties brings.
