Dear Ms. Erin J., I appreciate your feedback, but I respectfully disagree with your review. We had multiple discussions about the cost prior to the work, and I clearly mentioned the price at least twice. You acknowledged and even asked to reschedule from Friday to Saturday, which I accommodated. If there were any concerns about the cost, it would have been helpful to discuss them earlier. Given your comment that the work was wonderful, the 2-star rating seems inconsistent. I'm also surprised by the discrepancy between the review and the $40 tip you generously given on top of the $250 payment. If there were any issues, I would have appreciated the opportunity to address them before leaving the site. For more clarity, our standard rate would have been $50/hour per technician. With 2 technicians working for 3 hours (including travel time), the total would have been $300. However, we agreed on a fixed price of $250, and I was committed to honoring that agreement.
