- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee schedule is based on project scope, adjusted for longer term projects, and may or may not reflect my expenses such as materials, travel and consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will try to quote a price on the phone or via email, as clients usually appreciate a general price structure to go by, which may be adjusted upon viewing the project. I can make recommendations with regard to color, design, which I am usually happy to offer free of charge. I ask for 50% payment of the total fee before starting, and 50% upon completion.
