- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Crimson Landscape prides itself in providing its customers with high quality services and solutions for a reasonable price. Crimson's typical customer spends between $3k -$5k for a typical landscape makeover and $10k - $50k for 1/2 acre lots and larger. Pool landscapes range from $3k - $50k. We are fully insured, carry workers compensation, and pay local, state, and federal taxes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Crimson team member, normally Clint (the owner), meets with the customer to discuss their landscape wants/needs. During which the scope of work, budget, preferences, likes/dislikes, allergies, etc. will be assessed. Pictures are then passed along to our design team in-which a landscape design image is created at no charge to the customer (residential customers only). Once the terms of contract is agreed upon and deposit received, a start date is set and orders placed for long lead time materials. A member of our team usually hand picks all plant materials and execution is followed by quality checks. After a few weeks a member of our will execute one more quality inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a true landscape construction company that employees trained landscapers and not just laborers or mowers. Our employees are trained in their respective areas of expertise.
