Sebastian and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. I hired them for a full patio demolition and paver installation, and it was no small project. They went above and beyond my expectations—not only delivering beautiful, high-quality work, but also rerouting my sprinkler valves to accommodate the patio extension without skipping a beat. The job site was left spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive throughout. I’m already planning to work with Sebastian again on future projects. Sebastian was very responsive to my questions and got us exactly what we wanted. We ended up extending out patio 216 sq ft to accommodate a small above ground pool. We also had his team install mounts for 4x4 posts (we supplied). His pricing was fair (probably right below median) and the work seems great quality so far. It required him to cap one sprinkler and move another. He said if it causes any issues to call him and he will fix it. His team was quick and efficient and respectful. Would definitely hire him again.
