The movers worked to accommodate a same day move request made mid-afternoon the day of. We would be tacked onto end of the day, putting us at best at 6 pm, but more likely at 7. Notification a bit before 7 that the move prior to us had run into a hiccup, unexpected traffic, and that they were now running 2 hours behind. The offer to make a same day move was there, but it would be closer to 9 or 9:30 or they would put us first thing the following morning. The buyer (me) and the seller discussed and the morning move sounded better and more certain. They movers arrived a little after 8 to move the item and before 10 had completed reassembling, checking to see that the item started up, putting the door back on (which had to be removed at both ends of the move), and moving an entryway credenza back into place. The communication throughout was excellent. Good team of men who took special care of not only the bought item, but each home’s interior. The price was a set amount quoted to me at the get go, which I accepted. It was a bit higher than what I expected, but I was also asking in the afternoon hours for a same day move. At that time, I didn’t have another company competing, (although one popped up during the transaction for a flat fee for 1/3 of the price, offering the same service. I didn’t see the other offer as I was on the phone with Integrity Delivery & Logistics. I might have saved some money and perhaps had it delivered that evening, but have no complaints about the service received. I can easily recommend this company for their professionalism and service.
