I hired Those Moving People to remove a very large couch from a bedroom as well as to help rearrange other furniture. Soon after I posted my request for services, Joy from Those Moving People called me to review what I needed.,she listened to my concerns, reviewed my options and scheduled the move quickly.
On the day of the move, when it appeared that the two men assigned to my movie might be just a little late, she called me and the movers called as well. The two movers, Christian and Drelan, arrived by the rescheduled time and immediately reviewed the work that needed to be done. They moved the difficult furniture with ease in a professional and pleasant manner.
The price was reasonable and saved me the headache and stress of dealing with the furniture. I would hire them again for any future project and highly recommend them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the start to the finish, you will be in consistent contact with Joy, our move coordinator. Based off what your needs are, we then will set a date and time after the deposit has been received.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combined has over 10 years of customer care and management experience and over 2 years professional moving experience.
