- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a variety of facials to offer and each are priced according to the protocols and ingredients. I do have Monthly Deals and Specials, which I tell the clients through text msgs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I upgrade myself every 5 months to know about the latest technology and the latest effective measures that one can apply to bring better results.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
All I want the customers to know about my work is that I believe in knowing the need of the skin and the clients personal choice.
