You’re not going to outwork him, nor are you not about to ruin his day or interrupt his goals. He comes with an exceptional attitude every time and I love that the most about D.O. I’ve had my 15 year old daughter and my 11 & 12 year old boys training with D.O. for about 3 years now and we’ll continue to utilize his services. Let’s push for him to have his own gym soon!

Working with God Form had been a vibe..Mentally physically and also spiritually. This Trainer is just a inspiration to me. I have been working with God Form for over a year now. When I say he a angel sent from God I mean it! This man has kept me motivated during my journey... Coach is really amazing!!

Coach D.O. is an amazing person which makes him an awesome trainer. He is very dedicated to his craft. He also takes out the time to make sure you do the workouts correctly, and will ALWAYS push you beyond measures to make sure you succeed. I am forever grateful for meeting and having him train me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are Hourly based. All programs reward long term commitments. So the longer the commitment the cheaper per session it will be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure that the needs of the clients are clearly communicated and received on my end. I make sure they don’t have any past or present injuries that could hinder their training. If there are injuries I make sure to modify my programs to the needs of the clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified in Corrective exercise, Strength and conditioning, Mobility, and also high performance training. I’ve been training for over a decade.
