With an emphasis on resistance training, mobility, and corrective exercise, I will create a program specifically for you. Megan it is amazing with working with me and in my weight loss journey. I was at my heaviest at 180lbs. I am currently ranging at 155 and is the best I have look with her coaching. She has taught me so much about nutrition and has help me understand how to eat and enjoy food while still being on a meal plan. The skills she taught me will help me throught out my fitness journey. She is the best!

I love training with Megan! She works with you where you're at. She's non-judgmental and helps you reach your goals! She encourages me and helps me see the progress I've made. She works with your schedule and although she stretches you, she doesn't force you to go beyond your body's limits!

Megan has been great remote Nutritionist to work with so far. She's super responsive, accomodating, and has so far worked with me on setting up manageable life style goals that have set myself up for success. I have already lost some weight and managed to circumvent some of the challenges with overeating. She always reminds me of what I have done so far as to encourage steady progress rather than drastic changes. Once I am at a physical weight that allows me to excercise more, I'll definitely be seeking her services there as well :)

I have been training with Meghan since March 2020 and post covid, I have been doing it on facetime with her. Firstly, I am overweight, have been sedentary for a really long time and my joints were inflammed. I lack flexibility to do most of the simple exercises many can do. I had tried multiple trainers in the past and they would push me way too hard and most times if I worked out one day, I would have to rest for a week due to joint pain. They would push me to do things my body was not ready to handle and that made me lose motivation to workout. When I met Meghan, I explained to her about how I was scared to workout and she made me feel so comfortable. She started me with simple exercises and gradually built the strength in my physical body to handle complex exercises. She knows her stuff very well, she is an empathetic traininer and works with the pulse of her clients. I train with her 4 to 5 times a week now and with time, I dont feel my joints hurting anymore. I workout religiously during the week and feel energetic durign the day. Thank you Meghan for motivating me to workout and feel good about myself.
